Searchlight Capital Partners Closes Second Fund at $1.9 Billion

Searchlight Capital Partners, L.P. (“Searchlight”), today announced the final close of Searchlight Capital II, L.P. (“the Fund”) with total committed capital of over $1.9 billion.
